Sarah R. Lee, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist at Rogers Behavioral Health’s Oconomowoc campus, where she supervises the clinical teams for the OCD and Anxiety Center Children’s Residential Care and the OCD and the Anxiety, and Depression Center Adolescent Residential Care.

Her primary areas of research and clinical interest include obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, and posttraumatic stress symptoms. Dr. Lee values topics related to ethics and diversity, equity, and inclusion, and incorporates these topics into training and supervision of clinicians.

After earning her Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Dr. Lee completed her graduate and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. She completed a doctoral internship program Rogers Behavioral Health working with adults in the OCD and Anxiety Adult Residential Care and Trauma Recovery Residential Care Centers.
