Sandro Vagnini, MBA, MSN, RN, PMH-BC, serves as the chief nursing officer for the Rogers Behavioral Health system. In this role, Vagnini overseeing nursing services in collaboration with system leaders and community partners.

Vagnini has deep experience in behavioral healthcare leadership, most recently serving as director of behavioral health at Henry Ford Health in Michigan, where he oversaw inpatient behavioral health and psychiatric assessment services in the emergency department. Additionally, he was administrative director of clinical operations/nursing at the Medical Center of Aurora in Colorado, where he was responsible for inpatient behavioral health units and an electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) program.

He holds a Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Siena Heights University in Michigan and earned his Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing Certification.
