Rae Anne Ho Fung, PhD, LP, is the executive director of clinical integration, where she oversees the clinical operations for the partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services at Rogers Behavioral Health’s three hospital campuses. In this role, Dr. Ho Fung works closely with the clinical and operations teams to ensure clinical effectiveness and patient satisfaction.

Joining Rogers in 2018, Dr. Ho Fung is a licensed psychologist who specializes in evidence-based treatment for posttraumatic stress disorder, trauma, and co-morbid conditions. Most recently, Dr. Ho Fung served as clinical director of outpatient services in West Allis. Prior to that, she was a clinical supervisor for adult and adolescent Trauma Recovery partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care in Brown Deer and West Allis, and the Mental Health and Addiction Recovery adult partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient care in Brown Deer. Dr. Ho Fung also has experience supervising at Herrington Center for Mental Health and Addiction Recovery adult residential care, as well as Adult Depression and Mental Health recovery outpatient programs.

Dr. Ho Fung received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education and psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and went on to teach fourth and fifth grades at the Milwaukee Academy of Science. She then completed her master’s degree in community counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she also earned her doctorate in counseling psychology.

Dr. Ho Fung credits her passion for trauma recovery to her time as a teacher and as a soldier. She served in the Army National Guard for nine years with a combat deployment to Iraq in 2009-2010. Dr. Ho Fung spearheaded the development of Rogers’ Fire Watch program, a virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) which targets the unique needs of Veterans, service members, and first responders experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms, as well moral injury.

In addition to her work with Rogers, Dr. Ho Fung is an instructor at the UW-Milwaukee School of Continuing Education, where she has co-developed trauma counseling courses. She is a member of the American Psychological Association.
