Megan Kurdi, LCSW, is director of Outpatient Services at Rogers Behavioral Health in Philadelphia, where she ensures the delivery of quality patient care. Kurdi is committed to contributing positively to patient experiences and improving access to care to people within the community.
She began her career at Rogers as a therapist in Focus Depression Recovery Adult Residential Care in Oconomowoc. After one and a half years, Kurdi was promoted to overseeing the four inpatient units in Oconomowoc before relocating with her family to Philadelphia for a clinical services supervisor role.
Kurdi received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and her graduate degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
