Jennifer Skemp, MSW, APSW, is manager of operations for child and adolescent residential care at the OCD and Anxiety Center in Oconomowoc.

Skemp joined Rogers in 2012 as a therapist in Oconomowoc, where she conducted biopsychosocial assessments with children, adolescents, and adults, created care and safety plans, assessed for safety, provided family therapy and coaching, and recommended and developed discharge plans for patients.

She became manager of operations at the OCD and Anxiety Center in 2021 after working for five years as a therapist in the program. In addition to supervising staff, Skemp prioritizes patient care and family experiences by supporting admissions, answering patient and family questions, and promoting safety of the patients and families. She coordinates with the clinical staff to make sure each resident receives quality care supported by evidence-based practices.

Skemp graduated from the University Wisconsin-Platteville with a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a minor in sociology, with an emphasis in Health and Human Services. She obtained a Master of Social Work from the University Wisconsin-Milwaukee, concentrating on child and family welfare.
