Heather Steiner is senior director of operations for Rogers Behavioral Health locations in Atlanta, Miami, Philadelphia, and Tampa.
Steiner joined Rogers as director of operations for Rogers’ Tampa location. A Licensed Mental Health Counselor, she started in the behavioral health field in 1997 as a mental health technician at Charter Behavioral Health. Steiner has spent much of her career providing clinical, business development, and operational leadership in inpatient behavioral health settings.
Prior to joining Rogers, Steiner was vice president of operations at Horizon Mental Health Management where she provided management to 13 behavioral health units in multiple states serving a range of populations from children and adolescents to adults and older adult patients. She is well versed in Joint Commission Standards of Cares, CMS, and various State Regulatory guidance on behavioral health care.
