Heather M. Jones, PhD, is a licensed psychologist who serves as the vice president of clinical services for the Rogers Behavioral Health system. In her role, Dr. Jones provides leadership in program development and process improvement of clinical services to ensure patients receive high quality empirically supported care.
She rejoined Rogers Behavioral Health in May 2024 from Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, where as vice president of mental health, family, and children’s services she was responsible for leading the transformation of family and children’s services, enhancing the co-occurring mental health service line, and overseeing day-to-day operations of the national outpatient mental health service line. Previously, she served as executive director of clinical services for Rogers’ three southeastern Wisconsin hospital campuses.
Dr. Jones first joined Rogers in 2011 as an intern and was hired as a therapist for adolescents in residential care. Subsequently, she held several leadership roles including director of clinical services for the Oconomowoc campus as well as providing clinical direction to Silver Lake Outpatient Center.
Dr. Jones received her doctorate in educational psychology with an emphasis in school psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Her clinical interest areas include mood and anxiety disorders, with a focus on utilizing cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavior-informed interventions.
