Courtney Pflughoeft, MSN, RN, APNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified advanced practice nurse practitioner at Rogers in Oconomowoc. She has served in a variety of roles at Rogers since 2013. Prior to seeking her master’s degree, Pflughoeft worked as a psychiatric technician, registered nurse, and charge registered nurse at Rogers’ Oconomowoc hospital inpatient units for children, adolescents, and adults. She has also worked in residential settings specifically serving clients struggling with mood disorders and eating disorders.
Pflughoeft earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, minor in psychology, and her Master of Science in Nursing in the psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner program at Alverno College in Wisconsin. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
