Jordan’s Story

Traumatic events in Jordan’s family left her feeling at a loss for control. She began to focus on things she could control – counting calories and exercising. Soon she was struggling with disordered eating, anxiety, and depression. That was when she reached out for help and realized she wasn’t alone. “There’s so much stigma around mental illness,” Jordan says. “I made it my mission to share my story.”
