Integrated Healing Program

For teens struggling with both chronic pain and mental health challenges, life can seem overwhelming. For families, hope can seem out of reach. At Rogers, we’ve partnered with Children’s Wisconsin and the Medical College of Wisconsin to offer a unique treatment program for teens suffering from chronic pain and medically unexplained conditions that have interfered with their quality of life.

Well-rounded treatment designed to meet your unique needs

In this intensive partial hospitalization (PHP) rehabilitative program, teens partner with medical and mental health experts from Rogers and Children’s Wisconsin to address their individual physical, emotional and social needs so they can live a pain free, active, and personally fulfilling life. At Rogers, we offer robust support and specialized services so they can:

  • Regain control of their lives
  • Resume age-appropriate activities in school and in their community
